To store your asparagus, cool and damp conditions are ideal. The fridge is the best place for your asparagus, but they will be thirsty. To water your asparagus, you can store the fresh spears upright in a container with 1cm cold water, like flowers. Alternatively, you can wrap the spears in a clean damp tea towel wrapped in a plastic bag or, instead of using a tea towel, rinse the spears daily. Stored correctly, your asparagus will stay fresh for 4 - 5 days. Yummy!
